True but remember "failure" is in the eyes of the beholder. He claimed Bush's 4.7% unemployment rate was the "worst economy since Herbert Hoover" yet Obama and Biden claim that they "saved the economy" by replacing the 4.7% with +7.8% unemployment.
That’s because he’s still talking about it. When he stops talking about it and trying to spin, and instead hopes people will forget about it, that’s when it’s really a failure.
