The video walk-through narrated by GZ seals the deal for me. He speaks in detail about the events that happened that night. When a person gives a detailed statement like that it is typical that he backs up and says “oh yeah, I forgot. Back there, such and such happened.” Then he picks up from that point and re-tells a portion of the story. He did that a couple of times.
GZ is telling the absolute truth. Period.
Watching WESH. A general information on Serino is a screenshot. It states that Serino told the FBI that he was pressured into writing arrest affidavit, is this true?
Jury’s probably thinking: “Why in the world did they bring this guy to trial?”
Absolutely, I concur.
The man is totally believable.
