Hmmmmm.... one of the reasons the HOA settled with the Martins for six figures ? A video would have proved the case (maybe, if it was on the action). Why weren't the cameras working if the neighborhood felt it necessary to make a Neighborhood Watch and there were recent home breakins and robbery(s) in the complex ? Trying to cut corners ? Vandalism ? I knew of a complex like this. The cameras were constantly vandalized by the criminals who lived in or visited the complex.
most criminals know, EVEN IF THERE IS AN HOA, you can not be stopped from entering. HOA’s have public streets. The guard can record a license plate number but they have no authority to deny admission if someone responds “none of your business”. HOA with a gate are an joke and an illusion.
