Yes. I believe that is specifically handled in Florida's sunshine laws. The prosecution has released many things to the public in order to besmirch Zimmerman. It is undertaking a scorched-earth effort.

I hope that whoever goes after Bernardo, Mantei, Guy and Corey (at least) is at least as vicious.

Zimmerman will probably need to go into witness relocation anyway. I cringed when I heard the SSN put out there. I'm not even sure LIFELOCK can help him now. Maybe they can assign one LIFELOCK employee to handle just his case!
