We posters are the guards of F.R., every single one of us. That means learning how to post and the rules, which ICHING admits he didn't. I say , learn the rules, then you have the right to complain about the rules.

both sides are not equal. Trials are by design UNFAIR AND UNEQUAL. The state has all the burden. They have to prove everything. mistakes by the state matter, mistakes by defense are not as devestating by compararison of burdens.
Remember the defense can do NOTHING and still win.
