The legal analyst for Orlando’s Channel 9 thinks the state made a huge mistake in introducing the various statements/interviews of GZ in the way they did.He said that now GZ is on the record with a plausible claim of self defense without needing to take the stand.This same analyst,IMO,has been cheering the state’s case...in a way that one would expect a “progressive” who worships at the altar of affirmative action to do.

Interesting. I agree that if it did get out his story without poking serious holes then GZ will never take the stand, because he doesn’t have to. Excellent.

Had they not introduced it the defense could have asked about their existence and made it clear to the jury that the prosecution was withholding evidence.

This situation can't be avoided when trying to railroad an innocent man.
