Newt Gingrich can be such a rube. Is he really that hard up for money?

I am delighted that Gingrich is taking this task as it presents him with a whole new audience upon which to bring his incomparable mind to bear. While he was on Fox news he was preaching to the choir, on CNN Newt Gingrich will have a greater impact.
Since the Republicans abandoned him over his book deal and he voluntarily returned millions of dollars to the publisher, he has been making his living, like Churchill, from mouth to hand and it is quite understandable that he would cut a deal with CNN.
I applaud him for it.

Why wouldn’t he be on a show with others who share his views?

I was going to ask why Cupp is being picked on. Newt is joining her, though I am not surprised, he loves attention like she does.
