Sounds like the deal I laid on a classroom full of ‘em when I went back to school after ‘Nam:

Walked in the room to the sound of one of the kids (or it may have been the TA) saying, “Well, the warmonger’s here”.

“Okay,” I said, “how’s about I act out some of the names I’m hearing?”

“Who wants to go first?”

...didn’t get an “A” in the class, but I didn’t hear any more bullflop, either.

I used to wonder at the reality that the US was inevitably called “imperialist” and no matter what we did. If that’s the case, why not just go ahead and conquer the entire world? When the accusation can’t get any worse...what the hell.
