I live in Alaska now. Most people have guns, and know how to use them. There will be no riots here.
I have three zombie clips for my bear gun, I will take the first 50 or so out. My neighbor prefers the AK 47 for his zombie clips.
If your neighborhood is so bad, I suggest you move. Its not called surrender, its called retreat to a stronger position. If you live a block from Watts, come back in a couple of weeks after they have thinned each other out a bit.
