Like I said, they need to acknowledge it, correct it and apologize for it.
Beyond that, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on this. I've occasionally, for laughs, turned on the closed-captioning feature while watching TV. If the amount of discrepancies between what's being said and typed isn't funny enough, the constant backspacing and retyping certainly is.
I also recall when one of the news orgs scrolled a caption saying that the space shuttle Columbia was going 80 times the speed of light when it disintegrated. And that's the most prominent of scroll errors that I can recall. There have been lots of others.

I guess you’re a more generous person than I am. My supply of benefit-of-the-doubt for the FedMob and the MSM has run out completely and I’m not ordering any more of it. All I have left is a little patience to wait for the day they are all put up against the wall.
