If Zimmerman is found not guilty, or a hung jury, part of the outrage of Jackson and Sharpton and all the rest of the liberals will be that there were no blacks on the jury. They will enflame the situation and make it seem that America has not changed since the days of Emmitt Till’s murder in 1955.

And feral young black youth may well take to the streets, even though these feral youth have no understanding of how our justice system operates. They will simply have their knee jerk reaction that justice wasn’t done. And use it as an excuse for their violence.

Legal hurdles for GZ. If GZ following TM provoked a fight between GZ and TM which resulted in GZ forced to use his gun to save his life, he can still be guilty of manslaughter. Freepers need to keep this in mind no matter how bad TM is and how good GZ is. Why is the law very tough? The law does not want to encourage armed hotheads looking to provoke a fight, which the hothead can use his gun if he is losing and claim self defense when the cops arrive. GZ entered that legal no man’s land when he followed TM after the 911 operator told him it was not necessary. The DA witness despite her performance has established that TM was getting agitated by GZ following and monitoring him. The only way GZ can get out of this legal jam is prove he backed away when TM turned and challenged him for following him. The DA witness cannot testify that the fight began immediately after the call stopped. GZ claimed he retreated back to his SUV when TM attacked. If he can prove that he is off the hook, otherwise the shooting is a result of him following TM and provoking a violent reaction by TM. The jury is going have to decide if silently following someone is a provocation, and they may ask the judge for legal guidance on this point.

The reason the news media ignores violent crimes against blacks is because they don’t want to make a big deal about blacks committing those crimes. While some blacks may die from riots which follow a not guilty verdict, I think in the long run more blacks would dies as a result of a guilty verdict.

While a not guilty verdict would cause rioting and some deaths in the short run, it would send the message that Trayvon had caused his own death through his hostile confrontation of George Zimmerman.

Conversely, a guilty verdict would send the message that Trayvon was justified in his hostility toward Zimmerman, and that other, young black men who have chronic rage toward whites and toward society in general should likewise feel justified. Ultimately, it is this unhealthy anger - fueled by the race hustlers, liberals, and a justice systems which often excuses it - which by far is the greater cause of death among blacks in our country.
