So what? You gave up on WHAT? Who cares? As I read your screed, nothing you’re upset about relates in any way to the current story. You need to pay more attention.
This is a crazy story, about much more than Paula Deen. If you can’t read the story and see that, then you are the problem.
This is scary shit. Or however I should abbreviate it. She did nothing wrong, and yet she’s been forced to “apologize” and has lost most of her income. And what of the person who filed “charges” against her? Clearly vindictive, but why? Such a strange, strange story. But one we all should keep in mind, because, without even a hint, it could be one of us.
Thing is, we can ALL see that it could, would be, and is any one of us.
What liberals fail to see, and I hope this helps them understand this, is that it could be THEM as well. The truth is, they don’t for a single second BELIEVE that it could be any of them.
They are always the most surprised, to quote Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn: “Me? What for?”
Of course, she did nothing wrong uttering the oooooh, all so much dread N word (obligatory -
“oooooooh!” in hushed tones and a tisk, tisk) but this isn’t the first. Back about 10 years ago, Oprah was doing a show on Thomas Jefferson and Sally Heming’s decendants (if they were his). At the end of the show, she made the whites in the audience stand up and apologize. And... people did.
How many whites were made to vote for the POSTUS black candidate because of white guilt? As for the current story, it was about a cookbook as per the headline. Of course, the whole story is behind the dropping of the book is ridiculous.
