For perhaps the first time in recent history, male reproductive health is at the forefront of political debate.
In at least six states, lawmakers all women and all Democrats have proposed bills or amendments in the last few weeks that aim to regulate a man's access to reproductive health care. It's their way of responding to the ongoing debate around contraception and abortion, said , director of the Women & Politics Institute at American University.
Some would prohibit men from getting vasectomies, such as Georgia's , which states:

And men’s productive rights.
Are liberals really this childish????? sheesh..................
At this late date, nned you ask?

Men's Reproductive Rights
Men have the right to be available to service the women where, when and if their services are wanted or needed.
The have the right to impregnate the women when ordered to do so.
If the women want to kill the babies later on, that is their business.
EVERYONE IS MISSING THE POINT: The implication is that your very right to procreate is given to you by the STATE. The LEFT is claiming complete control over our very being.
A man’s vasectomy is akin to a woman’s hysterectomy. I am unaware of any legislation that seeks to prevent a woman’s right to have a hysterectomy.
Liberals are so...childish.
As Adam and Steve would say...
“Tell the government to stay out of our anus.”
So the government is going to pay for male abortions? I might go along with that for something in trade.
All of the discussion of abortions and procreation miss the entire point - unmarried couples engaging in unprotected recreational sex that produces a baby for whom they aren’t ready to become responsible and married couples having children they can’t feed, house, or clothe without government (taxpayer) assistance.
Why aren’t THESE issues being discussed instead of how to murder babies and keep men from having vasectomies to prevent unwanted/unplanned children? In the late 60s, the women’s libbers not only brought us the end of the nuclear family, they brought us the era of single parent families, children growing up in poverty and procreation by irresponsible people who are neither financially or emotionally equipped to have and raise their children.
Why isn’t THIS front and center in the national debate!??
So are we gonna see mandatory “zipper-locks” now?
I am now dumber having read the comments.

No need for legislation. Obama is emasculating men with his policies. Look at the number of Lesbians and Gays he has put into positions of power with an aim of deconstructing traditional male behavior and societal roles (i.e. in the military).
Nothing against gays but they are being used in Obama’s destroy America army, like the “Good Germans” of WW2.
Also, many of them are just plain incompetent political hacks.
Self Censored... but it was a doozy!
LLS
men have no reproductive rights in law today. none whatsoever. family court is an absolute joke as well.
of’course but nobody is out there saying because we don’t want to pay for abortions that’s the equivalent of denying a woman from getting her tubes tied. but denying a vasectomy somehow is?
yes, the stupid is ocurring across multiple levels in this article. like the state is in charge of people’s reprductive rights, then comparing apples and oranges between men and women rights. men have zero reproductive rights in the legal system. let’s just get that clear.
