A friend and I were just discussing the other day how people got along without AC.

I am old enough to remember those times, and I’m not THAT old.

We didn’t have AC in the house or the car when I was growing up, and it did get hot and humid in the summer. Somehow we managed. But I didn’t live where you do, so I can only imagine how awful it was there pre-AC.

I lived in AZ with no AC.
I had swamp coolers.

Here in Tx that dont work so well.
