Her act was to bury her lies. Nothing more. If a complete moron was telling the truth the whole time the testimony would have been over quickly compared to what we saw.
She could be green or purple, for all I care. All they’re asking her to do is tell the truth. Her life history is of absolutely zero relevance.
I heard her on the radio before I saw her. When she said “she never watched the news”, that told me all I want to know about her-typical Obama voter.
This young woman is the product of her culture. Likely without a father, raised by her mother, allowed to either wander the streets or to loaf at home, she becomes like her environs and fits in; fits in to her tribe, as it were. In her culture she is not expected to read, work, develop skills, think, or compete.
When she is taken from that and put in a foreign culture like a courtroom full of people from another culture, the reaction of the people in that setting is ‘What the Tar’.
She and her culture are stuck in a multi-generational cycle of low expectations.
The important lesson to learn is that government is not the solution; government is the problem.
People who reach to become something other than an instinctual creature do not and cannot understand someone who is content to sit in the intellectual squalor that this woman sits in. What is the point of her existence to her? To get rich? To survive? What is the focus of her life? Nothing.
The point about the police I get, no one calls the police for help. You only call if you want to make things worse. The police don’t help, they take over and calling them is always a wild card.
I learned yesterday she cant write or read.
Well Christina it could be that most Americans both black and white are seeing for the first time what we have been buying with our tax dollars. (at least those that don’t watch daytime TV) It must be embarrassing for liberals who wanted this show trial to highlight racism in America. They are getting more than they bargained for. This poor girl spent twelve years in public schools and this is the result.
This is a life ruined by liberal policies. This is the person we are told doesn’t get hired because she is black not because she left the education system uneducated. Christina says it’s all because we don’t know her. We are too white to understand her world.
We do understand her, and we understand you Christina. What we see is millions of children let down by a system designed by and run by liberals that has failed. We see it every day and are frustrated by it. We try to correct your mistakes but are persecuted for it and called racists. We know those that profit turning out products like Rachel don’t care about her. They only care about power and control. Rachel isn’t stupid she just was never taught to question and think, just go along with the program, blame others for your failures and don’t forget to vote.
Message to the author...regarding your reference to being unintelligent (multilingual);I’ve worked with many very,very intelligent people (at Harvard,in fact).Many of these people were white,many were black,many were Asian and Hispanic.Not a single one of those people would have had the first clue what Miss Slim Jeans was saying.Not even the multilingual ones.

The author can't be unbiased because the article concerns another black person. Most black people cannot be fair and objective when the situation involves a black person and a non-black person. Obama and the media and all the usual suspects have did everything in their power to railroad Simmons and turn the trial into a lynch mob scenario. Thanks to all the race baiting by so many high profile jackasses, the defendant is being threatened with death by violent dimwits even if he is proven to be innocent.
So much for justice for any “privileged ?” white person on trial for using lethal force against a “underprivileged?” black resident of a fancy gated community who is in the process of beating him to death.

The “companion” article “What white people don’t understand about Rachel Jeantel” is just as insipid.
This article says I see her as inferior because of my race and makes every excuse why due to that old racism I do not recognize how she is a gift to society. I'm sorry this woman couldn't get or hold even the most menial job and as an employer I would far rather hire a foreign worker with no skills and limited English because they would do a better job and not have their race used as a constant excuse.
People who embrace the “Protestant Work Ethic” tend to be successful. It is true that “whites” originated the phrase, but look at at any successful non-white immigrant and you will find that they embody and practice the tenants of the “Protestant Work Ethic”, even when they don't even know what the term means.
People who are not successful, in the majority, do not embrace the “Protestant Work Ethic”, and this even includes “white folk”.
The formula for success is out there, it's not a mystery or a secret. All you have to do is use it. Whether you choose to do so, or not do so, is on you.
When the race card is thrown at me, my reply is: “The real question is why such a high percentage of the black population is embracing a culture that leads to poverty and self-destruction?”
I have friends of many colors and cultures...none of them are thugs.
