BDLR already laying groundwork to deny portions of his own witness: “do you have a stopwatch?” “did you take notes?” “did you take photographs?” etc.
Like so many of the other RATL witnesses, he has since moved away in the last year or so. I wonder if that is normal.
If not, by moving away, the RATL witnesses seem to be in the process of “battening down the hatches” for a storm to come after the trial is over. And if so, maybe there is little love lost between the prosecution and many of the RATL witnesses.
