Right or wrong if the judge has perceived DeeDee to be developmentally disabled, she may work to protect the witness from self incrimination. Understood...but we would need an expert evaluation of DeeDee to determine that and Judge Doobie will not permit that either.
The question at hand was more the issue of her declaration that she spoke Kreol.
