Her problem is that the more she is forced to talk on the stand the more she unknowingly “snitches” like when she said regarding TM hanging up the phone to give GZ a beatdown:
“if he was going to do that, he would have told me he would call me back”.
That implies that he has done that before and that she knew the proper protocol for a beatdown — hang up the phone first and then call back after it’s over.
She acknowledged that TM knew the protocol as he must have done this on a regular basis in the past. I think in this case though that he let her or whoever was on the phone listen to it.
The last words heard on that phone were not “get off” but “help” — and the defense will prove it. And that will not bode well for her.
Or Z could have at one point called out get off. By that time TM activity would have lost his blue toof and fone.
Really don’t think she hurt the defense Look worse for old bauld one by taking her statement with others present They set her up for perjury for their own gain!
