Today, June 28th, is DAY #15 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. [Yesterday] it was simply not a very good day at all for the prosecution. The primary State witnesses today were Rachel Jeantel, Jenna Lauer, and Selma Mora.
The first had her credibility substantively destroyed, the second was powerfullyalmost humiliatinglyco-opted by the defense, and the third provided testimony entirely consistent with the defenses theory of lawful self-defense. (continue reading)

I think the poster was being facetious.
Let’s not even start that conversation! lol
After what the Supreme Court did this week, I know we
are in deeper trouble then I realized. And I already knew how far we’ve sunk!
With the female responder O’Mara just made a case for GZ being dizzy after head injuries. That could affect anyone’s attitude. One could call them numb, out of it, and that might appear to be “calm” to someone else.
Well, if during the video taped interview, George passed smooth out on the floor and bled out 2 pints, BDLR would tell the jury he was faking it.

Facetious? ME??!? Naw....
:-)
Yes, he did great with that line of questioning.
No doubt!
As O’Mara got her to admit — a lot of the blood from his nose injury may have gone down his throat.
Did they shine a light in his eyes ?
Years ago I hit a cow. ( it was a very mooooving experience but I udderly could not steer clear). Had a slight head injury. Only one bump and one small bleeding spot that did not raise. No choice. Was taken by ambulance and spent day in ER to be checked out
Dr in ER was Mark Manship who promised to teach me to hit bulls eye next time
He should have received better medical care IMO
so are your tires black?
are your tires round /
can you describe your black round tires please
You can tell when the prosecution has little else, the same questions are repeated and the questions become nearly irrelevant to the event and what actually occurred.
I agree. According to the EMT, that decision is left to the injured party.
No kidding, I have to believe we’ve already established it was raining!
The question about the bag and what color it was, just about takes the cake.
"If the facts are on your side, pound the facts. If the law is on your side, pound the laws. If neither are on your side, pound the table."
>> Had a slight head injury.
You? Or the cow?
[j/k, glad it wasn’t worse. Cows are big and heavy.]
He should be safe in Alaska, or anyplace away from a pavement paradise.
That’s because if the police or emts make that decision then they foot the bill.
All the pundits seem to be forgetting what I think is an important issue. The pundits keep talking about Zimmerman’s mindset of “being in fear for his life,” which they are saying has not been made evident at this point. They seem to forget that Zimmerman’s testimony is that Trayvon noticed his weapon, reached for it, and said you’re going to die.” Zimmerman indicates that’s when he shot Trayvon.
