Today, June 28th, is DAY #15 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. [Yesterday] … it was simply not a very good day at all for the prosecution. The primary State witnesses today were Rachel Jeantel, Jenna Lauer, and Selma Mora.

The first had her credibility substantively destroyed, the second was powerfully–almost humiliatingly–co-opted by the defense, and the third provided testimony entirely consistent with the defense’s theory of lawful self-defense. (continue reading)

The fact that GZ had use of his arms yet still didn’t go for his gun as a first line of defense, but rather screamed for help like a girl, blows the prosecution’s case out of the water that GZ “wanted” to kill Martin.

You are right and GZ told the responding officer that “he kept yelling for help but nobody came to help him!”

The only problem is that GZ doesn't have to prove self-defense - the state must DISPROVE self-defense beyond a reasonable doubt, and then must PROVE all of the elements of Murder 2 beyond a reasonable doubt.

So what something thought he still could use his arms? That’s not even relevant because maybe he’s not a fighter? Not everybody can fight. And if he had use of his arms and he wasn’t shooting but trying to stop the attack by calling for HELP that just shows GZ didn’t “hunt” Martin down, attack him first in order to kill him.
The gun was the last resort and it was a single shot.

Like I mentioned in an earlier post.. I can only recall 2 MMAers that can actually do damage freom the bottom.. and GZ is far from being MMA :p

But, many of us already know that.. Libs giving misinformation out to the low-informed public (narrow minded low-info voters).. :p

Ironic that they are putting one of their own up on the stake to burn... Maybe, after this (hopefully), it will wake a few people up to reality (speaking of Hispanics), but not much can be done with low-info peeps :/

Yes she's dreadful and dangerously politically ambitious ... she's also offered cover and comfort for banks and law-firms in the state's mortgage document fraud ..... I hope she gets the recognition she deserves from this farce of a prosecution

I saw that on Twitchy - lots of threats against Z and against white people in general.

The sad thing is that these thugs are reflecting very poorly on black people in general because when people see this over and over, they stop thinking about the bad individuals and start thinking about the bad group. Stereotyping occurs and pretty soon, the small group of thugs gets the race war they’ve always wanted.

I hope that any attempts by the individuals to “get whitey” ends in a swift dispatch of said individuals, and I hope that people maintain the sense to not paint with so broad a brush as to start looking at ALL people of color as if they are a likely thug.

For every Treyvon Martin, there are many Walter Williams’.
