Today, June 28th, is DAY #15 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. [Yesterday] … it was simply not a very good day at all for the prosecution. The primary State witnesses today were Rachel Jeantel, Jenna Lauer, and Selma Mora.
The first had her credibility substantively destroyed, the second was powerfully–almost humiliatingly–co-opted by the defense, and the third provided testimony entirely consistent with the defense’s theory of lawful self-defense. (continue reading)

Based on the evidence shown so far, I can't believe the State brought a case in this matter.
A young man is dead, and it's a shame. However, putting this man in fear of his own life... with such shoddy evidence... that's not just a shame. It's immoral.
I can't help but believe that except for the racial politics in play, this case would never have come to trial.

Actually it was O'Mara who brought up her recommendation for a consult with a psychologist and she just expounded on GZ seeing a psychologist already.
This was a mistake by O'Mara.
I don’t think they CHOSE to prosecute. I think they were FORCED to prosecute.

Look up thread.......someone said his MMA instructor said he would never put Zimmerman into a ring. He plays at this stuff, he’s not a contender.
Probably 78 in the winter and 68 in the summer. For some it can’t be warm enough in the winter or cold enough in the summer. Ask my boss who has been in HVAC for 25 years.

It’s definitely all about politics and agenda. No doubt about that. The state HAS no case against Z. This is a collossal waste of taxpayer money and there seems to be a lot of that going around. Insanity rules and the inmates are literally running and ruining the assylum.
Hang onto your hats, folks.....cause this ride’s going to get a lot bumpier before it’s over.

Well I call it choice (a bad choice), whether they were pressured to prosecute or not. There is always a choice in life. Despite how things may appear.

For the past two years we have kept the whole house air off in the summer. We use a window unit in the bedroom to sleep in comfort. Of course, we don’t live in temps usually above 100 degrees. Still the 80 deg and low 90 deg temps with humidity make us uncomfortable. We just live with it because the electric costs are high.
