What is even more despicable is that the average inner city school spends $14,000 per year to educate a person like her. If she went to public school from K-12 the tax payers spent around $182,000 on her education and she can’t even read a letter written supposedly by her self because she can’t read cursive.

If she went to public school from K-12 the tax payers spent around $182,000... She is in HS on the six year plan, 19 yo and starting 12th grade next year, so they spent more than that.
