"ACA wasn't written with this industry in mind". Fool. It wasn't written with ANY industry in mind. I find myself fresh out of crying towels. Again.

Another group of idiots who will (have just ABOUT) priced themselves out of a job!

How much is the cost of a movie ticket these days? (I don’t go, so it’s a mystery to me)

When everyone is broke and on the dole, what the he$# will the great unwashed masses do for entertainment...because we KNOW they can’t read?

"Thus, that 90-day wait period was, in reality, as long as 119 days. The ACA is unclear on this. Does 90 days mean 90 days? If so, it really means 60 days."

That is just...simply...eloquent. Pure poetry.

Hollywood likes to talk liberal, but deep down it is a business like any other, and they will outsource and evade as much as possible.

and it's important that they get the classifications right lest they face hefty fines
LOL! Like that would happen to anything connected to Hollywood.

Not to worry Hollywood. Your exemptions are sitting on Obama's/Holder's/IRS desks waiting for the checks to clear.

The liberals will just insist on larger production tax credits and up front monies.

Libs don’t pay taxes. See Warren Buffet, Denise Rich, Marc Anthony, White House Cabinet.

"It's a morass of regulations and requirements, and everyone's trying to figure out what their exposure is," says Eric Belcher, president and CEO of Cast & Crew Entertainment Services. Adds Mark Goldstein, CEO of Entertainment Partners, which has held 16 seminars to help studios understand ACA: "It's going to be a very big deal."

Hey Mark..

Don't tell me you didn't vote for Lear Deader.

I have some words of advice for you on the ACA...

Choke on it, you deserve it.

Working on a film is sort of a temp assignment. This throws a real kink into the cost structure for the folks who are payrolling them.

ACA is thousands of pages, and it wasn't written with this industry in mind," says Belcher.
