You will be able to do nothing about it. Once the bill was presented, it was destined to become law. If not, millions WILL riot, I promise. They already see it as becoming law and ANY attempt to backtrack will lead to mass violence and nothing ANYONE tries to do will stop it.

Another important point. I tried to teach Spanish to fluency to U.S. students so they would have the linguistic skills to maintain supervisory/legislative/etc. control and they treated me very badly (disrespect). I am having trouble showing any kind of sympathy after that experience. One solution is for Americans to learn Spanish ASAP to be able to direct the labor force.
