It most certainly does not include the Taliban and Al Qaida or various other Muslim extremist groups.
At worst, these groups are mere distractions to him. At best, they are tools.

Obama has one big fear, and that is the American people, or more specifically, the American people who are smart enough to know he is a poisonous snake. A tyrannical government can’t allow openness and transparency, and Obama is shutting down the flow of information. We are his enemies, and he doesn’t want us to know his secrets.
