The stream I was watching was from a local Orlando or Miami TV station and the analyst,I believe,was a local lawyer.As I said,early in her testimony he said she was doing well.It was only her later performance that he said was ineffective.
The defense needs to use Dee Dee's stupidity against her tomorrow. It shouldn't be hard to trip her up.
One thing this analyst said that made sense to me was that the defense needs to tread carefully with her.He said that if they're too tough on her it could create sympathy for her among the jurors.Seems to me that they'd be wise to do their best to point out as much uncertainty,and as many inconsistencies,as they can in her words but do it in a way that cannot be seen as deliberately hostile,aggressive or disrespectful.
