Paula was ok with food Net work until MO wanted to promote her will on the kind of food everyone should eat so as I ponder this they got on Paula with her diabetes and forced her to make all these promotion on low fat etc I got a feeling that word came down from on high and the peons carried out the wishes and somehow Paula got wind of it and than she told on MO and her love for real tasty food you can not have tasty food with out fat it just no other way unless you do sugar which can never replace fat!

Being out with car problems all day, and “Dad Projects” at his home, so I though you might have FRmailed me to do it, and I got back late to check, tried to get thru all Pings, but didn’t. 6pm was coming too quickly. So I pulled the trigger at 5:55:45, and had it up 6:00:04. I’d rather be 10 mins early, than 5 mins late; my business philosophy.

I got up at 3am to eat, do 12-15hrs/day-7days/week of Farm chores, for 22yrs. It’s still a ‘guilty day’ if I sleep-in until 6am, on Saturday, or an off-weekday. I miss the youthful days of staying out all night and partying w/ friends. Can’t break the early-to-rise habit, very easily.
