Yeah that was it for them, I used to go to Ponce de Leon Park on the electric bus when I was a kid to watch them.
Not many people know the etymology of "cracker" from Scots cracking jokes, having a wee crac" to mule team drivers cracking whips while they serviced trains going through Atlanta to avoid the Appalachians. Most people think it's a reference to white soda crackers. I won't let them steal the language.
