The most recent witness called to testify was Jeannee Manalo, a resident at the Retreat at Twin Lakes, the community where the shooting took place.
Manalo said she heard "howling" sounds while in her living room with her family. She later heard cries for help and a struggle outside. She looked out her sliding door and saw two people on the ground, one on top, hitting the other.
Surdyka said the dominant voice seemed "agitated." The witness said she turned off a light that was causing glare, then saw two people "wrestling" outside her window. She said the softer voice, which she called "the boy's voice," cried out.
Surdyka said she then heard three "pop" sounds...

Three? He was only shot once. There goes that testimony out the window.
great... now we have people lying under oath to get a conviction
It makes absolutely no sense for Zimmerman, with a gun, to start wrestling with larger Trayvon
If the back of my head had been banged against concrete... I would have been agitated too....
Uh huh... paid DemoRat witness
we have a daily trial thread already, SEARCH FUNCTION works.

people lying under oath always happens.... I was on a murder trial jury..... the cops and even the doctor that treated the guy killed all lied under oath. You just gotta figure out what happened and do justice.
So i guess she had heard their voices before and knew who was who in the dark.
He got those wounds on the back of his scalp when Martin was banging Zimmerman's head against the sky, trying to escape.
Zimmerman was on top and was struck by several mini-meteorites, which is why he was photographed with all that blood all over him.
A father would know his own son's scream and he said it was not Trayvon.
How does one get lacerations on the back of their head, when they are sitting on top of someone and punching them? And how did Martin’s face escape injury in such a scenario. Physical facts are a bitch for the prosecution.
Also, “pop, pop, pop”? Reall? First I’ve heard that Zimmerman fired more than once.
Meteorites, yaeh! that’s the ticket...lol
Meteorites.... I love it :-)
...after the 3 shots I heard a cannon go off and then he drove a tank over little Trayvon! Twice!!
wait to cross examination...
Yep, Zimmerman on top swinging. Thats how he had his face punched up and the gashes on the back of his head.
Boys voice? There was no boy involved. At his age Travon would likely have had the deeper and gruffer voice. This is no trial it is a lynching instigated by the Prez and the liberal media.
Im watching one testify now. She did not see who was on top at the time. AFTER the fact she saw photos on tv, decided that Zimmerman was “larger” and that the larger person had been on top.
I just heard her admit that she cant tell any longer, and that she could have been wrong to try and identify who was on top based on the photos.
In fact, she just said the photos she later relied on to decide who was “larger were a close up of Martin’s head only in a hoodie. (Which makes no sense).
And the photo of Martin in a football Jersey, which to this day she does not know is a photo of Trayvon as a younger child. She thinks he was 17 in that photo.
So the defense lawyer just shows the witness a picture of the back of Zimmerman’s head and asks “did you see how this happened?..... no?.... and why did you not see how this happened to Mr. Zimmerman?”
Surdyka’s 911 call showed what a hysterical drama queen she is. It must have gone on for 7 - 10 minutes, with no informative value, just her being hysterical.
IMHO She was most concerned with who she could call to come stay with her. I had some bad teachers in my day, but thank the stars, never one so hysterical as her.
