I stand corrected.... it was Anthony Kennedy, Breyer, Ginsberg, Sotomayer & Kagan that voted against DOMA. Scalia read the dissenting opinion & Roberts read the majority opinion. Which does not make sense to me, since Roberts (surprisingly) voted in favor of DOMA.
