Today, June 26th, is DAY #13 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. An explosive second day of deconstructed witness testimony took place yesterday. Which leads to the big question:
Will witness #8, Rachel Jeantel, be called to the stand today?
[Yesterday could] only be characterized as an utter debacle for the prosecution in Florida v. Zimmerman. Besides the testimony of a couple of highly professional law enforcement witnesses, the testimony of the the other State witnesses ranged from signing George Zimmermans praises, to acknowledging the utility of following a suspicious person from a distance, to being utterly discredited by razor sharp cross-examination of the defense.
Before we even get to the disaster that was the States witnesses, however, we first have to discuss this mornings hearing and the extent to which it evanescent is the States case against George Zimmerman. State: Zimmerman Is So Good, He Must Be Bad ............

She’s going to completely fall apart and go into a coma by the end of the night.
Surprised he did not tell her to take her meds. Probably the ones she is on for why she is probably on disability.
Send an ambulance for her — take her to the hospital
She acts like she got shot by one of the three pop noises.
LOL...Operator: “I don’t know if you have any pre-existing medical conditions....”
She completely, utterly DOES NOT listen to what people are saying to her. Proof that she is living in her own mind and facts do not enter it.
Talk about “abuse of 911”! lol
I think her hysterical and over-emotional blathering call recording will only work to help the defense. And that call is still being played. Good grief.
Academy award time.
agreed! waiting for her to order a pizza :|
Judging from her 911 call being played now, the woman is a hysteric.
I don’t know who I feel worse for at this point — GZ who just took a beating or this 911 operator.
LOl...
Unfortunately this woman on the stand is a lot like the women on the jury.
I dunno. Hopefully, even the women on the jury are agast at this particular witness. Seriously. That call was a train wreck.
This next part is going to be good.
West on cross begins to deal with the cries for help —
Cross examination: “You seemed terribly emotional, ha? Did you know that there was only one popping noise? Did you know Trayvon had a deeper voice than George Zimmerman? Let’s play some demos please.”
Oh crap. This witness needs O’Mara’s attention....not the knock-knock expert. Bad choice by the defense.
