Today, June 26th, is DAY #13 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. An explosive second day of deconstructed witness testimony took place yesterday. Which leads to the big question:
Will witness #8, Rachel Jeantel, be called to the stand today?
[Yesterday could] only be characterized as an utter debacle for the prosecution in Florida v. Zimmerman. Besides the testimony of a couple of highly professional law enforcement witnesses, the testimony of the the other State witnesses ranged from signing George Zimmermans praises, to acknowledging the utility of following a suspicious person from a distance, to being utterly discredited by razor sharp cross-examination of the defense.
Before we even get to the disaster that was the States witnesses, however, we first have to discuss this mornings hearing and the extent to which it evanescent is the States case against George Zimmerman. State: Zimmerman Is So Good, He Must Be Bad ............

My IQ just dropped 30 points listening to her.
Mrs. G . is waiting for witness to say “ It was a young Black man’s voice”.
Was the voice spoken in Ebonics.
Indeed. Her use of the term “boy” to describe a 17 year-old TM is extremely biased, (and appears coached).
No wonder the SPD dismissed her as a witness —
Please stop reporting what those hysterical idiots on HLN report. They’re AWFUL.
Arm wrestling injury acting up?
So did Local 6 — are they for real???
Know your enemy. The knowledge will help defeat them
She claims that she heard 3 shots then saw Martin lying face down [shot in the back] and when told that forensics has proven that to be untrue, she responds that I saw what I saw.
And the talking torsos consider her a valuable witness for the state — unbelievable.
I wonder if they paid her for the TV interview.
and perhaps what she wanted to see!
The state has to go with what they got, even if it is nothing because they don’t want to be disbared.
You can bet she got something for it Maybe a free trip room and food
The jury will hear the screams right? They will decide.....
What was that he asked her, something like “Would you defer to the police officer’s judgment?” She made him repeat it. Then, still looking confused, she said something like “ I can’t say.” I’m quite sure she didn’t have a clue what he was talking about.
As long as I have the mic, let me add another observation. She was very sure of things she couldn’t possibly know, like whose voices she was hearing, but she kept answering “I guess” regarding things she should know very well, like whether a boy’s voice changes during puberty. “I guess. I dunno, I don’t have kids.” She’s a frickin school teacher!
The talking torsos of clickorland are saying that this hysterical nutcase strengthens the prosecution claim that it was Martin screaming for help — and yet she claims that she has never heard Martin”s or Zimmerman’s voices.
And then when asked if boys’ voices deepen as they become adolescents she acts stupid.
I agree. Her testimony showed her to be a complete moron at best. At worst, a lying moron.

If the defense does not destroy this un-credible witness then I know the trial is rigged. She is in bed with the prosecution and is trying to railroad Zimmerman.
