Defense attorney Mark OMara has been consistently strong in cross-examination. OMara asked Noffke whether his two questions to Zimmerman about the path Martin was taking might have inspired him to leave his truck and maintain visual contact.
Noffke answered, I understand how someone could have misinterpreted the intent of that.
Through OMaras questioning, Noffke also undermined the states implication that Zimmerman was enraged and keen on vengeance.
If anything, state witness Wendy Dorival, an African-American who served as volunteer program coordinator for the Sanford police department when Zimmermans community was organizing its neighborhood watch, proved even more helpful to Zimmermans cause.
On cross-examination by defense attorney Don West, Dorival spoke repeatedly of the many burglaries in the community.
She told specifically of how she had met with a female neighbor of Zimmermans who had endured a home invasion and was still shaken up by it.

It’s clear the case was taken on by the state under political pressure from Obama/Holder and the black caucus. Once Zimmerman is cleared there will be a jackpot of civil cases against both state and national figures. GZ will be movin’ on up out of Sanford, FL...
The Dispatcher also stated that they cannot order anyone because of liability.
If this case goes a badly as the Simpson trial, Zimmerman will walk. If not, the “fix” is in.
Thanks for weighing in, your comments make perfect sense.
I saw O’Mara being asked that yesterday on TV and he essentially said they had not decided yet.
Gee... I thought all of yesterdays witnesses WERE defense witnesses.
******
Some comments here on FR have been giving-up the defense attorney as brain dead simply because he told a little joke, like AP totally ignoring everything else he said and did. Presuming that that harmless little joke destroyed his whole case.
Well... take comfort in the fact that by the end of the week, no one will remember a word they said.
