Putin could really complicate matters on legal technicalities. For instance, the White House said Snowden over-stayed his 24-hour transit visa in Russia, but supposedly the airport transfer station is not Russian property. This issue alone raises some legal questions. What court has jurisdiction over the transfer station? Should the UN World Court in the Hague, not a U.S. court deal with the extradition papers? Could Russia force a trial on Snowden and find him innocent since the charges claim he’s spying on Russia? Do Russia and China reserve the right to request all evidence from Obama to prove Snowden is a spy? Can Russia and China sue Barry for slander and take it to a Russian court? Does Russia handing over Snowden to the US mean an admission of guilt? If so, can Obummer file charges on Putin and Xi Xinping? Remember, Barry signed a UN Treaty that permitted leaders of national governments to be tried for human rights abuses. However, Putin could also hand over Barry to the World Court too. US has just admitted in its extradition papers that Snowden committed treason meaning that his claims of Prism spying are true. Hence, does Putin have a right to demand justice and call for the UN World Court or even a Russian court of law to put Barry on trial for the crimes of spying?
