I wouldn’t be so sure. The defense is easily winning on facts, but that’s not what this trial is about.
CNN earlier was going on and on about the emooooooooootional impact of the prosecution’s case, and fearfully, I think that’s what the case will come down to.
The defense can win every single point of evidence and still lose. The jury consists of 6 women. Nine times of out of ten, they’ll fall down on the side of emotion over logic.

so cant’; the prosecution, just like we saw in casey anothony case- it’s never over until the verdict is read (and let’s not forget the debacle of orbamercare and hte supreme court- all the experts watchign the case, studyign hte case, all were sure there was no way the court woudl uphold the blatantly unconstitutional law- all thep undits were sure too- then wham! roberts sold us out
