HRC has not, to my knowledge, provided the PRC with externally verifiable proof of US intelligence activity against it that it could use as evidence in the court of world opinion.

She and Bill didn't take any externally verifiable campaign money from PRC front companies and individuals,either. Over 100 Chinese nationals that were subpoened by Congress fled to China before they could testify about it. The Chinese government then said they were unable to locate any of them.

Again, Snowden has publicly handed the PRC a propaganda victory. He has openly betrayed his country's intelligence operations against the PRC to the PRC.

The "but she did worse, I think" is a morally bankrupt argument.
