The only leadership tool Obomba has at his disposal is the race card. Putin, however, doesn’t accept that card.
That would make the ultimate SNL skit. Putin rejecting Obama’s requests (Snowden, arms, trade, etc...) and Obama saying “it’s because I’m black, isn’t it.”
SNL would have done something like this back in the 70s when they were still funny.
