- A Fast & Furious for Middle East terrorists? Or a hit? Or a staged abduction that went wrong?
- Certainly a dereliction of duty.
- IRS political targeting
- NSA domestic spying
- Obvious: violation of the 4th Amendment.
- Less Obvious: Violation of the 5th. Possibly violation of the 1st Amendment [assembly].
- FISA Court: A secret court where the accused can present no defense, nor even hear the charges against him? [THIS SHOULD BE BIG — 6th Amendment!]
- Storage of information could easily be used in conjunction with new laws to violate the prohibition of Ex Post Facto law.
