I am still leaning toward him doing the world a favor.

However, it finally depends on how much really critical military info gets to Russia, Chicoms, etc.

If this is the case, an iron clad case for treason conviction is needed for him, all the way up to Obama.

I don’t think that Snowden needs to be tried for treason; rather, the cheerleaders—executive, legislative, judicial and fourth estate—need to be tried for treason. If Snowden had to leak secrets to expose Obama spying for no reason, without so much as a warrant, on American citizens, it is not as harmful as what Obama would do if he continues uninterrupted. Snowden had to take a job to warn the American people that the liberties taken for granted, the ones in the Constitution, need to be guarded by the people Obama has targeted.
