I’m in the same boat and it changed when he started saying that the US spies on China etc and spilled the beans on what we do them.
If he just stated “The NSA is spying on Americans” I’m fine with that but to spill the rest of our capabilities to our enemies abroad, that pissed me off. BTW, I know a couple of places in the Philippines to hide out but being a white guy, he’ll stick out.
I think it's safe to say none of that was news to the Chinese. We spy on foreign governments all the time & always have. And they on us.
