prolly not when it was built as it was mostly white, but it sure is now... i was referring to the grandiose names of projects and of those on welfare
it has been my observation that the haughtiness/regality of the name is usually in inverse proportion to those who live there/their name and their outcome in life, they simply never seem to live up to their name
Royal/Regal this, Court/Gardens that, Tiffany and Queen and Crystal and Jewel etc...
it's been a sad observation of both black AND white over the years, but a real one none the less...
