To: Hostage

Immigration does need reform. I don’t think the quota based immigration is really doing what America wants.

It would be better to have people pay x amount to legally come to america and gain residency. They would then have to stay in America for a specific length of time (say 10 years) maintaining residency and then they could apply for citizenship.

Break a law - get deported and have to start all over.

However, this would only work if and only if, the welfare state were dismantled. So the problem isn’t really immigration but the welfare state.

I can tell you what this American wants.

I want a government that is not full to the brim of lying scumbags doing their damn best to completely destroy this country, and until such time as that, I do not want and I am not interested in any fix to anything else, nor do I trust anything they so or do about anything.

Nothing.
