Naturally, he can only travel to nations hostile to the USA, otherwise, he’d be “renditioned” back to the USA asap.
If the United States wants him badly enough, it won’t matter where he goes. Hopefully that happens sooner than later.
The disturbing part is that he’s managed to be out this long with no consequences against him. Usually something would happen that would not be in Snowden’s favor.
