In other words, it’s assumed most black applicants have felony convictions so there’s no reason to check.
What a low opinion this “Just Us” department has of the people they claim to be helping.
But if a company does that, and rejects all black applicants, then DOJ will be on 'em like a duck on a June bug. Even if they just reject more of them, without cause, than of other applicants, the EEOC will know, because they collect stats on that stuff.
