Generally....the most stupid thing that a small business can do....is simply hire someone for a responsible job involving money and the cash register....without checking the guy’s background. Course, no one in the EEOC has ever run a business...so they wouldn't understand that.

What it's really all about is driving any business that is not a member of the big-government/big-corporate criminal complex out of business, especially if that business provides employment to the welfare class, who should be collecting government checks so they are beholden to the feral government.

Crony-capitalists don't care if the pie gets smaller. They just want the whole pie.

In looking for a job the past nine months I have applied to well over 100 financial institutions, and just about every one said I would have to agree to a background check in ordered to be considered for a job with them...

Wouldn’t a job requiring a high school diploma, or college degree, also tend to “disproportionally” discriminate against minorities, who receive those credentials at lower rates than whites?

I could apply to DG (49yrs in NYC Mad Ave & 22 yrs in my own Farm Business) and keep the criminal out. They won’t allow CCW here in PA, so it’s a moot point. I encouraged all my 604 employees over 22yrs, to legally carry.

Any other suggestions?
