They wouldn’t open that door, the prosecution will probably try to push someone other than their ‘expert’ witnesses into saying that Martin is the screamer and then the defense can squash that testimony using what the judge is allowing them to say.

I believe that any attempt by the prosecution to present any witness declaring that is Martin’s voice can and will be disallowed by the defense objecting to it.

The defense’s testimony that the voice can’t be identified has already passed the judges review and has already been accepted by her as allowable.
