Damn good comment. Maybe we all should get together and just hold a big swap meet with stolen social security numbers, rent a drop house and apply for multiple earned income credit tax refund checks to be mailed to that address.
We could hire a business manager to deposit and distribute them to all the stake holders.

All that and more - Fox reported this AM that the IRS is supplying them false SS numbers and giving them refunds to boot. One small town of abt 3,000 residents had 600 people at one address all getting refunds ...
