Incorrect. The rentenmark and reichsmark ended hyperinflation in 1924. Hitler inherited a stable currency, although he also inherited a slumping economy, which he fixed by starting a military buildup.
You are right. He was elected 9 years after the hyperinflationary period ended.
But he did inherit a country racked by the Great Depression and high unemployment (rather the opposite of the full employment and hyperinflation of the 20’s).
