Part of the problem with this wide sweeping legislation is that it does not take reality into account.
How you gonna build that fence without stomping all over private property rights?
Who pays for it?
How can we do it without raising taxes?
Etc Etc Etc.
The only way to secure the border is for the Feds to ALLOW the border states to secure the border.
