Yes, Holder was up to his ears involved in Trentadue, the OKC bombing, Elian Gonzalez, Waco, and if my memory serves me correct, he was in the chain of command with Lon Horiuchi.
I brushed into him (and his security) in a hotel elevator in Chicago several years ago. He did not like to hear my questions, and got off the elevator a couple of floors early. I couldn’t help but see one of the “earpieces” with a tight smile on his face.
